DIMO RACING arises from a dream between Pedro Mota and his son Dinis Mota, in year 1998. With death of Pedro Mota, the dream has not died, and his son realized the dream with the Launch of DIMO RACING in January 2006. Since the begining, DIMO RACING participated in various areas of Motorsport World Competition in several different areas, starting its journey through the F3 Euro series F3 Cup and as well as Porsche Carrera Cup, Porsche Super Cup and ADAC GT Cup in Germany. However in parallel, a collaboration with a team an Portuguese Cross Country Team from Inocêncio brothers, so that is the first Portuguese participation in the off-road championship with Team Inocêncio Manuquimica and the creation and debut of the Red Line Off Road Team for African Races and the Portuguese Championship. Later also participated in the biggest event of all the Paris Dakar with an structure 100% Portuguese an full of success ending with a 1º place Private Diesel with Francisco Inocêncio as a driver and Paulo Fiuza as a co-driver. In 2009 comes the collaboration with Dinis Lucas Consulting Team, having also achieved great success in the Portuguese Championship of Cross Country and giving evidence in international competitions like the Baja Spain. Along side this DIMO RACING invested in a new challenge to embrace the European Championship in 2011 Truck by collaborating with the Austrian team Allgaeuer Truck Race Team. Today, Dimo Racing participates in collaborative and individually in the following races: Portuguese Cross Country Championship, International Bajas, European Championship team BFT trucks of France the successor and owner of Truck Race Team Allgaeuer. In the ending of 2011 DIMO RACING decide to keep the dream and now is developing a structure for the 2012 Cross country Championship with a German Driver, Mr. Harald Becker for the Portuguese championship and three major events in FIA World Baja´s Championship. The races are Estoril / Marraquche, Baja Aragon and Baja Portalegre-Marraquech.

Der zunächst bestehende “DIMO RACING-Traum” entsprang ursprünglich Pedro Mota, dem Vater von Dinis Mota. Der Traum wurde nach und nach geformter Gedanke und wurde erstmals im Jahre 1998, ein Jahr nach der Geburt von Dinis´ erstem Sohn, der auch den Namen Pedro bekam, gelebt, dikutiert und geplant. Nach dem frühen Tod von Pedro Mota senior lebte der DIMO RACING Gedanke weiter, das Unternehmen wurde 2006, geprägt von bodenständigen väterlichen Ideen, offiziell gegründet. Seit dem nimmt das Team regelmäßig an diversen internationalen Motorsport-Wettbewerben teil, so die F3 Euro Series, F3 Cup, Porsche Carrera Cup, Porsche Super Cup und ADAC GT Cup in Deutschland. Parallel, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit einem portugiesischen Cross Country Team der Gebrüder Inocêncio, wurden Platzierungen in den oberen Rängen der Off-Road Championship; mit dem Team Inocêncio Manuquimica und dem Red Line Off Road Team auch in Afrika errungen. Zweifelsohne zählt zum derzeitigen erfolgreichsten Highlight die Rallye Paris Dakar mit einem Sieg in der „Private Diesel“ gelenkt von Francisco Inocêncio und Paulo Fiuza als Co-Pilot. Im Jahr 2009 begann die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Dinis Lucas Consulting Team, mit großem Erfolg in der „Portuguese Championship of Cross Country“, auch als Debüt für die „Baja Spain“. Nahezu zeitgleich hat sich DIMO RACING in 2011in die European Truck Championship mit dem österreichischen Team Allgäuer Truck Race Team eingebracht. Aktuell ist DIMO RACING an folgenden Projekten maßgeblich beteiligt: Portuguese Cross Country Championship , International Bajas, European Championship mit dem Team Lion truck Racing of France. Heute, 2012, blickt DIMO RACING auf den “ursprünglichen Gedanken” zurück und ist aktuell in der Vorbereitung für eine spannende und erfolgversprechende Saison mit einem genauso erfahrenen wie hochmotivierten deutschen Fahrer, Harald Becker. DIMO RACING und Harald Becker starten in der portugiesischen Meisterschaft und mit zunächst 3 Läufen der FIA World Baja´s Championship, mit den Läufen Estoril/Marrakesh, Baja Aragon and Baja Portalegre. DIMO RACING, Dinis Mota, steht für Bodenständigkeit und baut auf große technische Erfahrung – wir nehmen gemeinsam die Herausforderung an!




A DIMO RACING surge de um sonho entre Pedro Mota e seu filho Dinis Mota, isto no ano 1998. Com o falecimento de Pedro Mota o sonho não morreu, tendo o seu filho realizado o sonho com o aparecimento da DIMO RACING em Janeiro de 2006. A partir do seu lançamento, a Dimo Racing participou em diversas áreas da Competição Mundial automobilista, iniciando o seu percurso através da F3 Cup e F3 Euroseries assim como também Porsche Carrera Cup e ADAC GT Cup na Alemanha. Entretanto surgiu, paralelamente, uma colaboração com uma equipa Portuguesa de TT, os Irmãos Inocêncios, daí a primeira participação no campeonato Português de Todo o Terreno com o Team Inocêncio Manoquimica, e a estreia da Red Line Off Road Team em África. Mais tarde também participou na prova Rainha de todo o Terreno, Paris Dakar uma estrutura 100% Portuguesa e com sucesso. Em 2009 surge a colaboração com Dinis Lucas Consulting Team, tendo obtido tambem grande sucesso no campeonato Português de TT e dando provas em competições Internacionais como a Baja de Espanha. Paralelamente a isto a DIMO RACING investiu num novo desafio ao abraçar em 2011 o Campeonato Europeu de Camiões ao colaborar com a equipa Austríaca Truck Race Team Allgaeuer. Hoje em dia a DIMO RACING participa em colaboração e individualmente nas seguintes corridas: Campeonato Português de TT, Bajas Internacionais de TT, Campeonato Europeu de Camiões com a equipa Lion Truck Racing da Franca esta sucessora do Truck Race Team Allgaeuer.
No final de 2011 a DIMO RACING decidiu manter o sonho e desenvolveu uma estrutura para o Campeonato nacional TT com um piloto alemão, o Sr. Harald Becker e Dois grandes eventos no Campeonato Mundial FIA de Baja. a Baja Aragon e a Baja Portalegre.
